The concept of Parallel life is something new and refreshing. 'Okka kshanam' is a story of two couples where the past of one couple is the present of the other. The movie thrills us with a completely special story.

Jeeva (Allu Sirish) and Jo (Surbhi) fall madly in love with each other. Everything seems to be perfect till the other married couple Srinivas Avasarala and Seerat Kapoor join Surbhi as her neighbors. This pair seems to have a lot of issues in their married life. The twist arises when the concept of 'parallel life' drives these two couples crazy. The story is all about how their lives are interconnected with each other and the unexpected situations that Allu Sirish and others face in this journey.

Plus Points:

  • Refreshing, engaging and distinctive concept is the major strength of this movie. Director Vi Anand needs a big applause for coming up with outstanding concepts to thrill the Telugu audience and also beautifully presenting it
  • The young cast chosen for this movie delivered their best performances.  Allu Sirish did a brilliant job acting wise and few scenes done by him deserve a high appreciation.
  • Surbhi looked pretty good and did perfect justice to her role.
  • Srinivas Avasarala and Seerat kapoor make a good pair onscreen.
  • Interesting first half and the interval bang
  • Mani Sharma's BGM

Minus Points:

  • Slow pace in the second half
  • Comedy scenes could be much better and few lengthy scenes could be cut short

Technical Aspects:

  • All the technical aspects are too good for this movie.  The team did an amazing work. Fantastic camera work, good background score did wonders for this movie.

This year is surely ending on a sweet note with the release of conceptual movie like 'Okka Kshanam'. For sure this movie is going to keep you on the edge of your seat with some really good content. You will thoroughly enjoy watching this thriller. It's surely going to be a memorable movie of 2017. Go for it!
