Star comedian Brahmanandam's son Raja Goutham couldn't find success as a hero till date. After the failure of 'Basanthi' he wanted to try some different kind of movies and one such movie is 'Manu'. Phanidra Narsetti who shot to fame with his short films has helmed this project.

Manu(Raja Goutham)is a painter who lives in an island called Siya. Neela(Chandini Chowdary) also recides in that island and would be running a photo studio. Neela is an admirer of Manu's art works. But they have a conflict with each other right in their first meeting. Then enters Amar, Akbar, Anthony( Srikanth, John, Mohan Bhagat) and Ranga( Abhiram Varma) enter into their lives. With the entry of these people their lives take many unexpected twists and turns. What are those and how they deal with it is to be watched on the screen.

Plus Points:

  • Raja Goutham's acting skills

Minus Points:

  • Directer failed in putting forward his story in a convincing manner
  • Dragging sequences

Technical Aspects:

  • Viswanath Reddy's Cinematography is good
  • Naresh Kumaran has give some impressive background score

The way scenes are dragged would test the patience of the audience who loves thriller stories which are supposed to be crisp and quick.
