NOTA a bilingual made in Tamil and Telugu starring Vijay
Devarakonda and Mehreen Pirzada received very good applause for the trailer
released few days back. The story appeared to be a very strong subject as the
film is set in a political backdrop. For such movies dialogues do play a very
important role, which none of us can deny.
The latest news we hear is that the dialogue writer Sashank Vennalakanti has lodged a complaint with the Chennai police against the director Anand Shankar saying that though he wrote dialogues for the movie he was not given the credits in the Telugu trailer which released recently. Instead Anand’s name was displayed for Story, Screenplay and dialogues together.
In his completed he requested to halt the release of the movie until he gets the justice. Also seems that Sashank was not paid for his work till date. Sashank works as a dialogue writer for most of the big budget dubbed Telugu movies. We need to wait and watch how this controversy will cool down and if the film would be able to release as per schedule.
